The venue accommodates upto 100 guest banquet style or 125 strolling cocktail. A spacious kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and plenty of counter space is provided. There are two handicap accessible bathrooms, plenty of parking including handicap parking close to the building.

Essential Booking Details

Rental fees are based on the stated actual start/end times, which includes all set up and tear down.
Access 10am to midnight daily.
There is a nonrefundable Venue Deposit of $500 due at booking.
Your event balance is due two weeks before your event date.
If a cancellation request is made 90-days or more prior to your event date you will receive a 1-year credit starting from the original event date. Any cancellations less than 90-days will not receive a credit.
